CONTACT INFORMATION:

Our latest information shows Wheatfield Township to be an opt-out municipality, which means it does not administer the PA Uniform Construction Code. Please check with your local municipality to verify.

Residents who build qualifying residential structures in an Opt-Out municipality must contract with a PA Certified Inspection Agency to obtain a building permit and inspection services.

Light-Heigel & Associates is local and fully certified to provide the necessary services.

Non-residential builders must receive permits and inspections from Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.

1. Your NAME and CALL-BACK NUMBER, including AREA CODE

2. Your COUNTY

3. Your TOWNSHIP/BOROUGH

4. The ADDRESS of the work site

5. PERMIT NUMBER

6. JOB NAME

7. The TYPE OF INSPECTION you are requesting

8. DAY and TIME the inspection is needed
